UAP Triumphs In Volleyball As Corporate Games Continue

The fifth edition of the monthly corporate games was held yesterday at the Kitante Hill sports grounds with several companies participating in football, basketball and volleyball games.

Basketball and Volleyball were played to completion for the 2022 season as UAP Old mutual were crowned volleyball champions while C-Care triumphed in the basketball category.

The football season alongside other sports like woodball, athletics, netball are to continue with six more rounds left to complete the campaign.

Games general secretary Thomas Bamuteeze revealed details about this month’s edition.

“We were having our fifth outing after COVID-19 and the games have gone on smoothly. Bamuteeze said.

“We are glad that our teams are having fun.”

Bamuteeze says the games are focused on offering physical activities opportunities for the working class.

“To us it is all about fun and selling your brand. People are giving testimony as they are selling products to individuals and companies they have met here.

“We urge everyone to join the games because they do only good to those involved.”

The corporate games are held every first Sunday of the month.
