Excitement is building for the upcoming National Taekwondo Open as the 9th edition of the competition is just around the corner, scheduled for three days from the 13th to the 15th of September . The Sharing Youth Center, Nsambya is where all the games will be hosted
What makes this year particularly special is the widespread participation. Over 30 local clubs from across the country have confirmed their involvement. But the excitement doesn’t stop at the country’s borders. Like a harmonious blend of cultures and techniques, foreign clubs from neighboring East African countries such as Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, and the Democratic Republic of Congo are also expected to make their mark in this martial arts showdown.
