Captain Consy Aweko expressed the team’s confidence, saying, “We have faced Kenya before and know them well. We want to make sure we get the first win against them.”

The Victoria Pearls come into this tournament on the back of an intensive training camp in India, where they played five T20 matches against select sides.

Aweko emphasised, “We are well-prepared, and we won’t take anything for granted.”

The Victoria Pearls take on Kenya at 4:50 PM East Africa Time. They will then face Zimbabwe on March 8 and Rwanda on March 10 all at 4:50 PM.
