MTN on Friday morning announced the top three cheerleading teams in the Uganda Fayaa campaign following a highly competitive voting period from June 7 to June 28.
The winner of the campaign was Uncle Money, who garnered an impressive 44,464 votes. He received a cash prize of UGX 5,000,000 and the prestigious honor of leading the cheerleading efforts for the Uganda Cranes.
The first runner-up was Team Dressers, with 38,286 votes. They were also awarded UGX 5,000,000 and will join the official cheerleading squad for the Uganda Cranes.
The second runner-up spot was taken up by Team Kamodo, who received 25,234 votes. They also got UGX 5,000,000 and will play a role of cheerleading for the Uganda Cranes.
MTN commended all the teams for their creativity, enthusiasm, and engagement throughout the campaign.
