Day one of the 2024 Auto Show Kampala has seen various automobile players showcase a wide range of vintage and futuristic cars and bikes, accessories, insurance packages, dealership opportunities, and asset financing products at Kololo Independence Grounds.
Motorsport enthusiasts were treated to TT Gymkhana, drifting, and other challenges as the two-day 2024 Auto Show Kampala got underway at Kololo.
A wide range of automobiles were exhibited as part of efforts to bring industry stakeholders together.
The show aims to unite the motorsport industry, as team lead Christopher Buni notes, “The Auto Show is the place in the industry where service providers are linked to buyers. From fuels to car importation, maintenance to the enthusiasts who like cars and bikes, it’s all here.”
He reflected on some of the products at the show.
“We have exhibitions from our sponsors like NCBA Bank, who are doing the asset financing, Vivo Energy for fuels and lubricants, Pepsi for refreshments, and Uganda Airlines, who are offering six return tickets to the competition overall winners, among others,” Buni stated.
The 2024 Auto Show Kampala returns tomorrow with several activities lined up.
