The 2024 Corporate Run was officially launched on Sunday 14th July during the fifth outing of the Corporate Games, held at Bishop Kihangire Dave Stadium in Luzira.
The run, will take place during the seventh outing of the games scheduled for September 8, 2024.
The fifth outing was highlighted by a 100m race, with both male and female participants competing.
Winners were awarded medals for their performance, adding to the competitive spirit of the day.
Speaking to NBS Sport, the Chairman of the Corporate Games shared that the Corporate Run aims to raise funds to support expectant mothers.
This philanthropic goal has garnered enthusiasm from participants and organizers alike.
Participants from various companies expressed their joy, stating that running reminded them of their school days and helped them rejuvenate their bodies.
Looking ahead, the next outing of the Corporate Games, known as the CEO Outing, is set for August 11th.
The much-anticipated Corporate Run will then follow on September 8th.
