Oliver Mbekeka Joins Lugazi as Assistant Coach

Newly promoted Lugazi are making strong moves to prepare for their debut in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.

On July 15th, the club announced through their social media channels the appointment of former Crested Cranes player Oliver Mbekeka as the assistant coach.

Mbekeka, known for her wealth of experience and passion for the game, will work alongside head coach Sadick Ssempigi, who was unveiled on July 2nd.

Mbekeka’s past coaching experience includes the Uganda U-20 women’s national team and Lady Doves.

Lugazi’s efforts to build a strong squad are evident in their recent signings. The latest addition is Emmanuel Obua from BUL.

Obua joins Nelson Mandela, Dennis Lubowa, Sharif Saaka, Wasswa Paul, and Adriko Rogers as new signings for the upcoming season.
