Uganda Rugby Cranes fullback Adrian Kasito has signed for French outfit Tricastin Rugby Club according to USA-based Ugandan sports journalist Grace Lindsay Mbabazi.
In embarking on a career abroad, the 27-year-old will ply his trade in the same country with his compatriot Philip Wokorach who features for Orleans.
The 7s star has since been playing for Uganda Rugby Premiership side Kobs a club he joined in 2013 from their development side Boks.
Before joining Kobs’ Junior team, Boks, in 2011, Kasito was playing school Rugby with St. Mary’s College Kisubi (SMACK) in 2009.
Outside his Rugby career, Kasito is a statistician having acquired a bachelor’s of science in statistics from Makerere University.
He inspired Uganda to the Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast and the 7s World Cup in San Francisco.
Kasito is a versatile player, and besides playing as a fullback, he is comfortable as a scrum half and winger.
