The unopposed election marks a significant endorsement of Barente’s leadership and his vision for the club’s continued success.

Since taking over from Alias Silver, Barente has been instrumental in transforming BUL into a formidable force in Ugandan football.

His dedication and strategic thinking have led the Jinja-based club to numerous victories, including the Stanbic Uganda Cup in 2021 and the FUFA Junior’s League National Championship in 2023.

Barente’s commitment to excellence has earned him the respect and admiration of club members, players, and fans alike.
