Nandala Mafabi Delivers on Mbale Heroes Bus Pledge

In a significant development for Mbale Heroes Football Club, Member of Parliament for Budadiri West and club patron, Hon. Wilfred Mafabi, has fulfilled his pledge by donating a brand-new coaster bus to the Uganda Premier League side.

The much-needed transport will greatly enhance the team’s ability to travel to away matches and training sessions, easing logistical challenges and improving overall team performance.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Hon. Mafabi expressed his commitment to the club’s success.

“This bus is a testament to our dedication to Mbale Heroes. We believe in the potential of this team and are doing everything possible to make them a force to be reckoned with in the top flight,” he said.

The donation comes at a crucial time for the club, which returned to the Uganda Premier League after a 19-year absence.

Currently sitting 15th in the 16-team league, Mbale Heroes are battling to secure their top-flight status.

With transportation now eased, the team hopes to improve their performance on the pitch and climb the league table.
