This year, support will extend across key rugby events, including the National Men’s and Women’s 7s, Regional 7s, Uganda Cup, University League, and the Annual Rugby Dinner.

“To the players, we urge you to carry on with the guts and grit to defy limits,” stated Eric Malinga, Brand Manager, Nile Special. “To the fans, raise your gold in celebration of the passion and energy you bring to every game.”

Adu Rando, Managing Director of Nile Breweries, expressed enthusiasm for the year ahead, emphasizing the shared goal of celebrating excellence and unity within the rugby community.

Nile Special’s long-standing partnership with the Uganda Rugby Union has yielded significant achievements, from nurturing grassroots talent to enhancing the competitiveness of national teams.

“As Uganda’s rugby family comes together, Nile Special celebrates the players and the fans, the true ‘Gold’ of the game,” the press release stated. “It is their strong passion and loyalty that drive the spirit of rugby in Uganda.”
