Tommy Fury will return to the ring on 9 May, facing Kenan Hanjalic in Budapest after an 18-month hiatus.
The 25-year-old cruiserweight last fought in his victory over YouTuber KSI, a bout not sanctioned by the British Boxing Board of Control.
Bosnian Hanjalic, 27, has won four of his five professional fights since his debut in 2019. Fury, unbeaten in 10 bouts, underwent hand surgery following his previous win and is now preparing for his comeback in Hungary.
Originally set to fight former UFC fighter Darren Till in January, Fury withdrew due to concerns over “MMA tactics” from his opponent.
He will now share the Budapest fight card with his brother, Roman Fury, who faces Croatian Josip Pehar in a heavyweight showdown.
