The Uganda Boxing Champions League (UBCL) Season Four is set to return for Week 2 on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at Club Obligato in Kampala.
Following a pulsating opener, Week 2 will deliver 27 bouts featuring a blend of rising prospects and seasoned fighters from across the country.
Topping the night’s card is a highly anticipated lightweight (60kg) elite clash between Kemis Ibrahim of Mutajjazi Boxing Club and Mugisha Patrick from Cobap.
Both fighters are known for their aggressive styles and tactical sharpness, making this main event one of the most eagerly awaited showdowns of the season.
Among other key matchups on the stacked card, cruiserweight contender Yannick Monga (Lukanga) will battle Mulindra Denish (Gulu), while middleweight fighters Ochen David (Ssaku) and Segawa William (Lukanga) square off in what promises to be a power-packed encounter.
In the lightweight (63kg) elite division, Kazungu Frank (Kyanja) takes on Kizira Anwar (Ssaku).
The women’s flyweight (51kg) elite category also features prominently, with Mariam Sultan (Katwe) going up against Amoding Peninah (Nakawa).
The youth middleweight (71kg) bout between Wandera Ronald (Lukanga) and Serubugo Ashiraf (Boggie) adds another layer of excitement to the evening’s proceedings.
With bouts spanning junior to elite levels and weight categories from bantamweight to cruiserweight, the event promises a showcase of youthful exuberance, technical skill, and seasoned resilience.
Gates at Club Obligato open at 4:00 PM EAT, with tickets available at the venue for UGX 20,000.
