The 2024-2025 CAF Confederation Cup final has been moved from Dar es Salaam to the Amaan Stadium in Zanzibar, set for Saturday, May 25th at 3:00 PM.
CAF cited unsuitable pitch conditions at the National Stadium due to the Tanzanian rainy season, following technical assessments.
This venue is familiar to Tanzanian finalists Simba SC, who previously played a quarter-final leg there.
They will face Morocco’s RS Berkane, who are aiming for their third Confederation Cup title.
The first leg will be in Berkane, Morocco on Saturday, May 17th at 7:00 PM, with the decisive second leg now in Zanzibar.
