Stanbic Black Pirates’ fly-half William Nkore finished the 2025 Uganda Rugby Premiership as the overall top points scorer, capping off a stellar campaign with 181 points.
The reliable kicker and sharp playmaker was instrumental in Pirates’ title-winning season including the final against Jinja Hippos.
Nkore’s consistency with penalties, conversions and timely tries made him the most influential individual in front of the posts.
Just four points behind Nkore is Hippos’ Yasin Waiswa, who tallied 177 points across the season.
Waiswa’s calm decision-making and involvement in nearly every attacking phase made him a constant threat.
Despite Hippos falling short in the final, the fly-half’s performance remained one of the club’s biggest strengths all year.
Completing the top three is Robin Odrua of the Mongers, who scored 161 points.
Known for his aggressive running and accurate kicking, Odrua’s all-round contributions helped Mongers stay competitive throughout the season.
