Tottenham Hotspur manager Ange Postecoglou strongly defended his record today, hitting back at suggestions he was a “clown” as his team prepares to face Manchester United in the Europa League final.
With Spurs currently 17th in the Premier League, Postecoglou has been under immense pressure.
However, he remains defiant, emphasizing his 26-year career and dedication to turning Tottenham around.
“I’m not a clown, I never will be mate,” he stated, addressing a reporter who used the term.
The Europa League final offers Spurs a chance to end a 17-year trophy drought and secure Champions League qualification.
Despite the challenges, Postecoglou believes in the club’s building process and aims to accelerate it with a trophy.
