History was made on Sunday, May 18, when Uganda Airlines launched its direct flight from Entebbe to London.
Among the select passengers aboard this landmark journey was Andrew Kabuura, the Head of Sports Broadcast at Next Media, who represented the media house on the historic occasion.
Upon landing in London, Kabuura made the most of the opportunity by visiting CNN, one of the world’s leading news organizations.
There, he received an exclusive tour of the network’s studio and engaged in discussions centered on the English Premier League, an area in which NBS Sport is also a major player.
NBS Sport has since its launch been the official broadcaster of the free to air Premier League games in Uganda.
As the 2024/25 Premier League season comes to an end, NBS Sport has partnered with Guinness to bring fans the airing of the finale.
This exciting event will be held at UMA Grounds on Lugogo and feature live performances and lots of fan activities.
