They host Cagliari on Friday night, simultaneously with rivals Inter Milan’s match at Como.
Antonio Conte’s Napoli needs to match or better Inter’s result to secure the Scudetto. Both Conte and Inter’s Simone Inzaghi will miss the touchline action due to suspensions from a tempestuous penultimate round.
A dramatic draw for Inter last weekend, due to a late penalty scored by former Spain international Pedro for Lazio, kept Napoli in the lead.
While a play-off for the title is possible if Napoli lose and Inter draw, it’s unlikely given Inter’s focus on the Champions League final on May 31st.
Inter also face a tougher challenge against an in-form Como side.
Meanwhile, Juventus needs one more win to secure a Champions League spot as they face Venezia.
