Massimiliano Allegri has been reappointed as head coach of AC Milan.
The 57-year-old Italian, who previously led the club from 2010 to 2014, takes over from Sergio Conceicao, who was sacked after just six months.
Allegri’s return follows a dismal 2024-25 season for Milan, which saw them finish eighth in Serie A and miss out on European football.
His previous tenure at Milan included a Serie A title in 2010-11, and he later won five consecutive league titles with Juventus between 2014 and 2019.
The club hopes Allegri can revive their fortunes and guide them back to success.
