Arsenal have completed the £5 million signing of goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga from Chelsea.
The 30-year-old Spanish international joins the Gunners on a three-year deal, aiming to compete with fellow Spaniard David Raya.
Kepa, who spent last season on loan at Bournemouth, expressed his excitement, stating he’s “really, really happy to be here” and believes the club is “so close to winning.”
His arrival comes after Arsenal opted not to permanently sign Neto.
Still the world’s most expensive goalkeeper following his £71 million move to Chelsea in 2018, Kepa played 163 times for the Blues, winning the Champions League, Europa League, and Club World Cup.
He also secured La Liga and Champions League titles during a loan spell at Real Madrid in 2023-24.
