New Vipers signing Mark Yallah says he’s ready to deliver goals, chase trophies and write his name into the club’s history books after sealing a three-year deal with the Ugandan champions.
“I feel honoured to join a big club like Vipers,” said the 25-year-old Liberian striker.
“I am ready to give my best and score goals that will help the team make a statement on the continent, win trophies and make the fans proud. This is a new chapter for me, and I want to write my name in the club’s history.”
Yallah arrives from FC Fassell in Liberia, where he finished the 2024/25 season as the second top scorer with 20 goals.
His hot streak included 10 goals in the last four games of the season, including a four-goal haul and a hat-trick against Freeport.
Vipers confirmed that Yallah becomes their first signing of the current transfer window and joins a forward line already stacked with the likes of Yunus Sentamu, Kenneth Kimera, Gusto Mulongo, Isaac Ogwang and Annest Ankunda.
The former Associa Black Bull (Mozambique) and Muscat FC (Liberia) forward brings international experience as Vipers look to build on their domestic success and make a stronger push in continental football.
