Kenya will meet defending champions Zimbabwe in the headline fixture at 4:00 PM.

The Simbas edged Uganda 32-24 in a hard-fought East African derby, showing strong discipline and clutch kicking from flyhalf Barry Robinson Young.

Meanwhile, Zimbabwe’s title defence got off to a flying start with a commanding 43-8 win over Morocco, led by flyhalf Ian Prior’s 23-point masterclass. Expect fireworks in this heavyweight battle.

Namibia will face Algeria at 2:00 PM in the other semi-final.

Namibia made a statement of intent with a dominant 55-17 win over Senegal, showcasing depth and attacking flair.

Algeria impressed too, comfortably dispatching Côte d’Ivoire 41-6, with centre Nadir Megdoud scoring twice.

Both teams are yet to be tested and Sunday’s clash will reveal which side is truly ready to challenge for the continental crown.

In the classification matches, Uganda and Morocco will square off at 12:00 PM.

Uganda’s brave fightback against Kenya showed spirit, but they’ll need to tighten their set-piece game to handle Morocco’s physical forwards.

Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal open the day’s action at 10:00 AM in the 5th-place semifinal, both seeking to bounce back from heavy defeats.

All matches will be broadcast live on NBS Sport and streamed worldwide via RugbyPass TV and Rugby Africa’s Facebook page.

Tickets are still available through MTN MoMo platforms, with fans encouraged to turn up in numbers as the race to the Rugby World Cup spot continues.
