Bayern Munich are reportedly set to make an offer exceeding £60 million for Liverpool forward Luis Diaz.
This follows their initial £58.6 million bid being rejected by the Premier League champions.
Sources indicate Bayern’s strong determination to sign the Colombian, hoping an improved offer, including add-ons, will seal the deal.
Diaz’s absence from Liverpool’s recent 4-2 pre-season friendly loss to AC Milan fueled speculation. Manager Arne Slot stated, “There are a lot of rumours around him lately… we’ve decided for now not to play him yet.”
Diaz joined Liverpool in January 2022 for £37 million and was key to their 2024-25 Premier League title win.
Liverpool have already signed Florian Wirtz and Hugo Ekitike this summer and is eyeing Alexander Isak, suggesting potential changes to their attack.
