Everton’s pursuit of Southampton winger Tyler Dibling has hit a roadblock after their £27 million bid was rejected.
The club is expected to make an improved offer for the 19-year-old England Under-21 international.
Dibling scored twice in 33 Premier League appearances for the recently relegated Saints last season.
