Galatasaray have secured the permanent signing of star striker Victor Osimhen from Napoli in a club-record €75 million deal.
The Nigerian international, who was a key figure in Napoli’s 2023 title win, spent last season on loan with the Turkish champions.
During his loan spell, Osimhen was a prolific force, scoring 26 goals in 30 league games and helping Galatasaray win their 25th Süper Lig title.
The 26-year-old has signed a four-year contract, officially ending his time at Napoli.
The transfer had been held up by payment negotiations but was finalized on Thursday.
With Napoli under new coach Antonio Conte and having recently signed Kevin De Bruyne, Osimhen’s departure paves the way for a new-look squad at the Italian club.
His arrival makes him the most expensive player in Galatasaray’s history.
