Nottingham Forest have completed the signing of winger Omari Hutchinson from Ipswich Town for a fee of £37.5m.
The 21-year-old, who signed a five-year deal, joins the club ahead of their Premier League opener.
Hutchinson’s arrival is part of a significant transfer push, with Forest reportedly close to also signing Manchester City’s James McAtee and Rennes’ Arnaud Kalimuendo in deals that could take their total summer spending close to £90m.
The club is reinforcing its squad for its return to European football this season.
Last season, Hutchinson scored three goals in 31 league games and was part of the England Under-21 squad that won the European Championships.
