Fulham manager Marco Silva says the club will make a last-minute decision on the fitness of defenders Ryan Sessegnon and Antonee Robinson for Sunday’s game against Manchester United.
Sessegnon was left out of last week’s squad as a precaution, while Robinson missed all of pre-season after undergoing knee surgery.
The injury issues at left-back have highlighted a lack of squad depth, a concern frequently raised by Silva. The club has only brought in one new player this summer, a backup goalkeeper, which has frustrated the manager.
Despite the transfer market struggles, Fulham has managed to keep key players like striker Rodrigo Muniz.
However, Silva continues to call for more signings before the transfer window closes, emphasizing the club’s inactivity in the market.
