Hamza Jemba Gamuchwa, one of Uganda’s most celebrated bikers and a well-known philanthropist, is facing the toughest challenge of his life.
For years, Hamza has been more than a motorcycling enthusiast. He has led charity rides, supported orphanages, raised funds for education and healthcare, and fronted development initiatives across communities in Uganda and East Africa. His work has made him a respected mentor and a figure admired beyond the biking fraternity.
A proud member of the AxE Gang, Hamza has become a household name for his mastery of machines like the BMW GS 1200, Honda CBR1000, and BMW S1000 RR. But while his riding has inspired many, it is his humility, compassion, and dedication to others that have defined his journey.
That journey now takes a difficult turn. Hamza is battling a severe lung condition that requires urgent surgery in Nairobi, with costs estimated at $20,000. For someone who has given so much of himself, the call is now on friends, fellow riders, and the public to stand with him.
