Despite a strong start to the season, Kaizer Chiefs are not ready to win the league, according to club legend Reneilwe “Yeye” Letsholonyane.
In a recent interview, Letsholonyane said that while the team’s performance guarantees a top-eight finish, they need to focus on consistency to secure a spot in the top four.
He believes a genuine title challenge will be possible in the next season.
Chiefs are currently second on the log with 10 points from four matches.
Letsholonyane, a two-time league winner with the club, recently began a new role as head coach of Matebele FC in Botswana.
