Manchester United legend Paul Scholes has slammed the club’s transfer strategy, blaming it for their worst start to a league season since 1992-93.
Scholes believes the team should have prioritized signing a central midfielder and a new goalkeeper instead of spending £200 million on three forwards.
Despite the mounting pressure, club officials reportedly remain fully supportive of manager Ruben Amorim.
Former United striker Wayne Rooney has also weighed in, stating that the team has “got worse” under the Portuguese manager.
