The result keeps Kawempe joint-top on 13 points, level with She Corporates, who maintain their position at the summit only due to a better goal difference.

In other matches, She Corporates staged a comeback to edge Lady Doves 2-1 in Masindi, preserving their top spot. Kampala Queens dominated Olila, cruising to a 5-0 win to stay just two points behind the leading duo.

Meanwhile, Uganda Martyrs secured a 1-0 win away from home against Makerere University WFC, climbing to eighth place on five points and level with Makerere.

In Wakiso, Rines SS fought back from behind to earn a 1-1 draw against newcomers St Noa, who sit fourth on six points, while winless Rines remain ninth with four points.
