Football fans are set for a thrilling night on Sunday as Tales Lounge in Kampala hosts the Guinness Matchday activation, an experience crafted to bring fans together for the Premier League’s biggest fixture of the weekend — Manchester City against Liverpool.
The event promises much more than the usual 90 minutes of football. Organizers have lined up prizes, live broadcasts, and nonstop entertainment to create a full fan experience.
Uganda Breweries’ Trade Marketing and Sales Representative, Sheila Mugisha, said the activation is designed to reward loyal supporters, with a trip to watch a live Premier League match as the top prize.
Tales Lounge Manager Dennis Mwebesa said fans can expect giveaways, drink discounts, and performances throughout the night. “It’s all about the fans — good football, great company, and even better vibes,” he said.
Next Media’s Head of Sports Broadcast, Andrew Kabuura, confirmed that NBS Sport and Next Radio will run live fan interactions during the event, giving supporters a chance to share their matchday energy on air.
