Crown Beverages Limited has boosted preparations for the East African Parliamentary Games by donating seven hundred cartons of water ahead of the tournament kickoff this weekend.
The competition runs from 5 to 7 December.
The annual event brings together lawmakers from across the region, with Uganda hosting and defending the title.
Teams from Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan, and the Democratic Republic of Congo are also in Kampala for the three day contest.
Crown Beverages said the contribution is intended to support athlete welfare as teams prepare for a busy schedule across several disciplines.
The gesture also reflects growing private sector involvement in regional sports diplomacy, with organisers noting that reliable hydration is essential for performance at this level.
