Serere County MP Emmanuel Omoding Okabe led Uganda with 11 points. His strength around the rim and timing in transition helped Uganda stretch the lead whenever Kenya tried to slow the pace.

Captain Mwine Mpaka added 10 points and guided the team on both ends, and his influence grew each time he returned to the court.

Uganda started with a 10–0 run in the first five minutes, wuick ball movement, tight marking and early finishes inside the paint helping them take command.

Kenya responded late in the quarter after Mpaka stepped off, scoring six points to cut the gap, but Uganda still took the quarter 10–6.

Uganda regained full control in the second quarter, as Mpaka returned and lifted the intensity, and Uganda won the quarter 14–8 with Okiror and Okabe active on the glass.

Kenya hit two shots from long range but struggled to build any rhythm. Uganda led 24–14 at halftime.

The margin grew in the third quarter as Uganda pushed the ball faster and generated cleaner chances. They again won the period 14–8.

Kenya tried to shift tactics with more aggressive drives in the fourth quarter. They won the quarter 16–10 but Uganda preserved the advantage with strong rebounding and slowed down the game when needed.

Notably, Usuk County MP Hon. Bosco Okiror scored 10 points and produced 11 defensive rebounds, in a dominant individual performance.

Kenya’s Allan Kiprotich Chesang led his side with nine points, while Machakos Town MP Caleb Mutiso Mule and Nyeri Town MP Dancan Maina each had seven rebounds.
