The 40,000-capacity Fez Stadium is officially sold out for Saturday’s pivotal AFCON 2025 Group C match between Nigeria and Tunisia.
The sell-out marks a major turnaround for the tournament’s attendance, following a quiet opener where only 11,444 fans watched Nigeria edge Tanzania 2–1.
With both teams currently tied at three points, this match is expected to decide who secures early qualification for the Round of 16.
All three tiers of tickets, ranging from 100 to 300 Moroccan dirhams, are fully booked.
Pundits are debating whether the “full house” will favor Tunisia due to their geographical proximity or Nigeria through local Moroccan support.
Tunisia enters the game in top form after a 3–1 win over Uganda. Former Super Eagle Yakubu Aiyegbeni warned that Nigeria “must improve” after a shaky performance in their first match.
