League leaders Blacks Power FC open their second round away to Young Elephant FC at Elephant Park in Nwoya. The fixture presents an immediate test of their title credentials against a side capable of troubling top teams on home turf.
Elsewhere, Kigezi Homeboyz FC travel to face Kaaro Karungi FC, while Ntugasaze FC host Nebbi Central FC in Mityana. Fourth placed Bunyaruguru United FC are on the road against Kataka FC in Mbale.
