Jurgen Klopp has rejected speculation linking him with Real Madrid, insisting the Spanish giants have never made contact.
The former Liverpool boss, now Red Bull’s head of global soccer, told reporters: “They haven’t called even once. My agent hasn’t heard from them either.”
Klopp, 58, left Anfield in 2024 after nine trophy-laden years but says he isn’t finished with coaching: “I haven’t reached retirement age. Who knows what will happen in the coming years?”
Real Madrid appointed ex-defender Alvaro Arbeloa in January after sacking Xabi Alonso. Klopp has ruled out managing another English club, stressing Liverpool will remain his only Premier League home.
