Kabale Plascon Football Team were crowned champions of the sixth edition of the Kansai Painters Football Tournament after edging Masindi Plascon in a penalty shootout in the final.
The tournament, which featured 32 teams, concluded with a tightly contested showdown that ended level in normal time, forcing the match into spot kicks.
Kabale Plascon held their nerve in the shootout to secure victory and lift the title.
The win also earned Kabale Plascon a cash prize of Shs2.5 million, capping a successful campaign in the painters’ competition.
