Lionel Messi scored and assisted as Argentina eased past Zambia 5-0 in their final home warm-up before defending their World Cup crown.
Julian Alvarez opened the scoring early, before Messi netted his 116th international goal just before halftime.
Nicolas Otamendi converted a penalty, Dominic Chanda’s own goal added a fourth, and Valentin Barco sealed the rout in stoppage time.
The 38-year-old captain is set for a record sixth World Cup appearance as Argentina prepare to face Algeria, Austria, and Jordan in Group J this June.
