The FUFA Drum tournament semifinal draws held at FUFA Complex today have thrown together some blockbuster ties which will see the tournament’s fever hit new heights.
Acholi will continue their title defense when they take on season favorites West Nile while Tooro Province who have proven to be a surprise package will lock horns with Lango.
The first semifinal will be played on the 13th of this month as Tooro host Lango before West Nile host Acholi on the 20th.
The return legs will be played between 10th and 17th next month while the final will be next year in January played in two legs.
Acholi beat Bukedi 5-3 in post-match penalties after a barren normal time draw in the 2019 final when the competition was last played before covid19 struck.
