Uganda’s top-ranked pool player, Joseph “Sharpshooter” Kasozi, is set to travel to China for the prestigious Heyball Masters Championship due April 27-May 17th.
He will be accompanied by fellow top player and Heyball ambassador in Africa, Chandiga Caesar.
The Pool Association of Uganda’s move to select Kasozi to represent the country in this year’s championship is a testament to his exceptional skills.
Kasozi expressed his readiness for the tournament and has started training on the same tables to use in China.
“I have done intense training on the same tables we’ll use in China. I’ll represent my country to the best of my ability,” noted.

The Ugandan duo is set to fight for Shs2.5bn (USD 684932) top prize money with respective prize money going down to the 288th ranked player.
The King of clearance has USD 1370 at stake.
It is the third straight time that former Uganda’s top seed Chandiga features in this global pool competition.
