Kitara will face Vipers in the semi-finals of the Stanbic Uganda Cup following the official draw held on Monday morning at Serena Hotel, Kampala.
The first legs of the semi-finals are scheduled for 3rd and 4th May, while the return legs will take place on 17th and 18th May.
In the other semi-final tie, KCCA will meet Kataka. KCCA, a record winners of the competition, will be looking to overcome a spirited Kataka side from the FUFA Big League to book a place in the final.
Kitara and Vipers share a recent competitive history in the Uganda Cup.
Last season, Kitara eliminated Vipers at the quarter-final stage, winning 5-4 on penalties after a 2-2 draw in normal time.
Earlier this season, the two sides met in the league, a tightly contested fixture that ended in a 0-0 draw.
Kitara secured their spot in the last four by defeating BUL FC 1-0 in the quarter-finals.
The semi-finals will be played over two legs, with the aggregate winners progressing to the Uganda Cup final.
