Daniel Dubois will challenge Oleksandr Usyk for the undisputed world heavyweight championship at Wembley Stadium on July 19th.
Briton Dubois, the IBF champion, seeks revenge against WBA (Super), WBO, and WBC titleholder Usyk, who defeated him in August 2023.
Usyk became the first four-belt era undisputed champion by beating Tyson Fury last May. Dubois later claimed the vacant IBF title.
“This is the fight I wanted,” said Dubois, aiming to avenge his previous loss and make no mistake this time in his home city.
Usyk, who last fought in December, stated, “Thank you, Daniel, for taking care of my IBF belt – now I want it back.”
No British boxer has held the undisputed heavyweight title in the four-belt era since Lennox Lewis in 1999.
