Nuno: Final Five Games “Biggest Ever” for Forest’s Champions League Push

Nottingham Forest manager Nuno Espirito Santo has declared their remaining five Premier League games the “biggest of our careers” as they fight for a Champions League spot.

Forest are within touching distance of a return to Europe’s top competition for the first time in over four decades, amidst a tight battle for qualification.

While Liverpool are champions and Arsenal are second, just five points separate third from seventh.

Manchester City and Chelsea are also contenders.
Sixth-placed Forest, with a game in hand, host Brentford on Thursday after their FA Cup semi-final loss. Despite recent defeats, a win against Tottenham has boosted morale.

“All the games are the biggest games of our careers,” Nuno stated, emphasizing their unwavering belief.

He highlighted the importance of their home support against Brentford.

Forest last played in Europe’s elite competition in 1980/81 as defending champions. Nuno believes their destiny is in their own hands.

After Brentford, Forest face Crystal Palace, Leicester, West Ham, and Chelsea. These final matches will determine if they can secure a historic Champions League qualification.
