Barcelona overcame an early scare to beat relegated Real Valladolid 2-1, extending their La Liga lead to seven points.
Iván Sánchez gave Valladolid a surprise 6th-minute lead, but second-half goals from substitute Raphinha (54′) and Fermín López (60′) secured the win for a much-changed Barcelona side.
Despite resting key players ahead of their Champions League semi-final second leg, Barcelona dominated, with Lamine Yamal’s introduction adding impetus.
Real Madrid can close the gap to four points on Sunday.
