Paris Saint-Germain defeated Arsenal 2-1 (3-1 aggregate) on Wednesday, securing their place in the Champions League final against Inter Milan.
Fabian Ruiz’s first Champions League goal and a strike from Achraf Hakimi sealed the victory for PSG at the Parc des Princes.
Despite an early push from Arsenal, Ruiz put PSG ahead in the 27th minute.
After Vitinha had a second-half penalty saved, Hakimi extended PSG’s lead. Bukayo Saka pulled one back for Arsenal, but it wasn’t enough.
PSG will now play their second Champions League final in Munich on May 31st.
For Arsenal, their European hopes end, leaving them to focus on securing second place in the Premier League.
