Ricky Hatton, 46, is ending his 13-year boxing retirement to fight Eisa Al Dah in a middleweight bout on December 2 in Dubai.
The former welterweight and light-welterweight world champion, who turns 47 in October, announced his comeback via livestream after accidentally injuring his eye, preventing his in-person attendance in Dubai.
Hatton, with a professional record of 45-3, last fought in 2012.
His career highlights include wins over Kostya Tszyu and Jose Luis Castillo, with his only losses coming against Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao.
Interestingly, Pacquiao, 46, also recently announced his return to the ring. Al Dah, 46, holds an 8-3 record and last fought in 2021.
