Veteran midfielder Luka Modric has joined AC Milan on a free transfer, ending his successful 13-year career with Real Madrid.
The 39-year-old, who is Real Madrid’s most decorated player with 28 trophies, signed a one-year deal with the Italian club, with an option for an extension.
The 2018 Ballon d’Or winner had announced his departure from the Spanish giants in May with the Club World Cup being his last tournament with the club.
