Wales captain Aaron Ramsey has been left out of the squad for the World Cup qualifier against Kazakhstan.
Coach Craig Bellamy said it wouldn’t be “fair” to call up the midfielder, who recently returned from a hamstring injury for new club Pumas UNAM.
Leeds’ Ethan Ampadu is also absent with a knee injury. However, the squad includes three uncapped players: Kai Andrews from Coventry City and Cardiff City teenagers Dylan Lawlor and Ronan Kpakio.
For the first time in over a decade, Wrexham players will feature for the national side, with Danny Ward, Nathan Broadhead, and Kieffer Moore all included.
Wales, currently second in their qualifying group, will play Kazakhstan on September 4 before hosting Canada in a friendly five days later.
