Chelsea has been charged by the Football Association with 74 alleged rule breaches related to agent payments from 2009 to 2022.
The club, which says it self-reported the issues, faces a range of potential sanctions, including a fine, transfer embargo, or points deduction.
These charges stem from a thorough due diligence process by the new ownership after purchasing the club from Roman Abramovich.
The club was previously fined by UEFA for similar financial reporting issues and is under a separate Premier League investigation.
